Pastoral

The Pastoral is a poetic meditation on a childhood history and our place in the Universe.

Our childhood memories link this reality and our imagination in the world we live. Sometimes we break away from this world realizing we are part of the infinite Universe.

This film is intended for children / youth over the age of 12

• We created this film for children to present them the Humanity as part of the Universe.
  
• We believe art of filmmaking makes huge impact on children perception and development, ethical and aesthetic education.
  
• We are citizens of the universe and are excited by discoveries still to be made in the cosmos.  
  
• We are deeply concerned with the moral education of our children, and we want to nourish reason and compassion.  
  
• We believe films for children must convey humanism and common moral decencies, corresponding to the times we now live in, when for the first time in human history we are beginning to see the emergence of a global society.
  
• We believe art of filmmaking should convey optimism rather than pessimism, hope rather than despair, learning in the place of dogma, truth instead of ignorance, joy rather than guilt or sin, tolerance in the place of fear, love instead of hatred, and compassion over selfishness, beauty instead of ugliness, and reason rather than blind faith or irrationality.
  
• We believe in the fullest realization of the best and noblest that we are capable of as human beings.

This film is created for children / youth over the age of 12.
